Returns, Refunds and Exchange
is the scheme provided by various sellers listed on yaarmalls platform, whereby
customers get an option to return, or
exchange items purchased on the Platform, for any reason within the
specified return/exchange period. However, the return/exchange shall be
eligible for products that are in good condition, as may be determined by yaarmalls
team
You may request returns for
most items you buy from sellers and suppliers listed on the platform that are
within the return window. However, products that are explicitly identified as
‘not returnable’ on the product detail page cannot be returned. Products which
are identified as ‘returnable’ are eligible for return with the conditions as
specified in the product description page and this policy. At the discretion of
the platform, products sold under any offer, promotion or discount may not be
returned. All returns are subject to
the details provided in the product description page and other Sections of this
policy. Products that are not eligible for return on the Platform, may be
exchangeable for reasons mentioned on the product description page on the Platform.
Successfully submitted return
requests would be processed for refund or replacement within 10 days of
receiving the request
Your order cancellation
rights
You are entitled to
cancel your order before the order is dispatched without giving any reason for
doing so. In case of any cancellation after dispatch, Forward & Return
shipping Charges will be borne by you. In order to exercise your right of
cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by sending a whatsapp message
on the contact number indicated in our website. We will inform you on the
sellers address to return incase the product already left the warehouse of the
seller.
Return due to
non-receipt of the item
If our delivery
person could not reach you to deliver the items, then these items would be
returned to its original location. All the cost related to this return would be
deducted from the refund amount. To avoid such instances, please provide a
second mobile number in your delivery address in the website
Conditions for returns
For the Goods to be
eligible for a return, please make sure that:
1. You
raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
2. The
Goods are in the original packaging
3. Items
should contain the tags and packages as received. Tags should not be removed.
4. Items
should be in the same condition as received.
The following goods
cannot be returned:
1. The
supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
2. The
supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned
as it might deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
3. The
supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or
hygiene reasons and or were unsealed after delivery.
4. The
supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature,
inseparably mixed with other items.
5. Unstitched
materials, lingerie Items, dhotis, lungis & similar clothing item returns
not accepted.
6. There
will be “No Exchange/Return & No Refund” for Products purchased under any
Offer / Discount / Sale whatsoever.
We reserve the
right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return
conditions at our sole discretion.
It is clarified
that at the time of creating a return request, users are required to confirm
(via a check box click) that the product being returned is unused and has the
original tags intact. If the product returned by the user is used, damaged or
if the original tags are missing, the user’s return request shall be declined,
and the said product shall be re-shipped back to the customer. In the event that
the return request is declined, the user shall not be eligible for a refund,
and Yaarmalls assumes no liability in this regard. Further, in the event that
the user fails to accept the receipt of the said re-shipped product, the user
shall continue to be not eligible for a refund, and Yaarmalls assumes no
liability with respect to the return or refund for the said re-shipped product.
In addition, these Terms of Use may be further supplemented by Product specific
conditions, which may be displayed with that Product.
Returning goods
The cost and the
responsibility of ensuring that the product reaches us in good condition is on
the buyer.
To prevent goods
getting damaged or lost in return shipment, we recommend to use an established,
insured and trackable courier service. We are unable to issue a refund without
actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery from our
sellers.
Refunds /
Replacement
We will refund or
replace the product in the following conditions
1.
If the product delivered is manufacture defective
2.
If the product delivered is transit defective
3.
If the product delivered is wrong shipment
In case of
receiving a wrong product or a defective product, please report this to us by
sending a whatsapp message with the video of unpacking the product within 24
hours of receiving the order. Since products are sold by different sellers and
we offer only a platform to sell, we don’t govern the decision on return
requests. Please make sure that you provide us with package opening videos and
pictures as part of your refund request. Sellers, typically do not provide
refund or replacement without package opening videos and pictures that clearly
shows the date and time of video and picture.
Amount to be
refunded
If you receive one
or more wrong product or defective product in bulk order, we will refund only
product value, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount. If you
receive the entire shipment as wrong or defective, we will refund your product
value as well as shipping charges.
Mode of refund
We will process a
refund in the form of wallet credit at yaarmalls.com, which
can be used for your next purchase from the website. This to be used within 12
months of the receipt of the refund. We will reimburse within 14 days from the
day on which we received the returned product. In case your order is not
charged for the forward shipping, both forward & return shipping charges
would be deducted. Since a lot of work goes into collecting your order from the
seller, packaging it, sending it via a courier service etc, a token processing
and handling charges amounting to Rs.100 will be deducted from return orders
General returns policy
You acknowledge
that these terms of returns and cancellation are limited to products sold via
yaarmalls.com only and that these terms of returns and exchange are not
available in case of a sell by third party, for which the return policy to be
governed by the terms of such sell.
